Unlike traditionally receiving commission at closing escrow, our program pays ⅓ of the commission when the client receives the loan approval, ⅓ when the client’s loan locks, and the final portion at closing. For cash buyers, brokers receive half upon verification of funds and the final half at closing. Our goal is to ensure a seamless and rewarding experience for our broker partners.
