Our NHC Broker Collective is here to take care of the local real estate professionals and their clients with a wealth of experience and expertise. We want to be the builder of choice for brokers to help simplify and secure sales with higher commissions and early payouts.
Step One
Visit one of our on-site sales galleries with your client or call ahead to register your client.
Step Two
Complete and receive approval of your client's loan approval and receive 1/3rd of the available broker commission for any homesite that is contracted.
Step Three
Receive your client's loan lock if applicable and another 1/3rd of commission will be paid.
Step Four
Receive the remaining balance of your broker commission upon your client's contracted homesite closing.
Cash Buyers
If representing a cash buyer, brokers earn 50% of the available commission upon verification of funds.

*Applicable only for new purchase and sale agreements executed after May 10, 2024. Additional terms and conditions apply to receive commission payments. Must comply with New Home Co.'s Broker Policy and meet all terms and conditions of Broker Cooperation Agreement and Pre-Close Addendum to participate. Early commission payments shall not exceed homebuyer deposit and loan approval contingency release must be verified by Buyer. Consult sales representative for details. Not applicable at all communities. Program subject to change or cancellation without notice. May 2024.
