Overall build quality is good, but there are a lot of touch ups that still need to be processed after the home was taken over by me. Still, I'm satisfied with how everything turned out and am looking forward to staying here for along time."

"We are very pleased with the team. The team has an open transparency, honesty, and care for their buyers. Currently we still have many fixes within the home that has not been addressed and the team has graciously tried to reach out to contractors and vendors to help us but it’s very hard to get anything done within a reasonable time with numerous no-shows and cancellations from these contractors has made our process a lot more difficult than we would like to complete our new home. We know everyone is working expeditiously and there’s really no one to blame in the current state that we are in but things such as upgrades on our master bathroom sinks that were not done that we should’ve had from the get go, we are still waiting for the upper management to address."

"I was supported throughout the building/buying of my home! Times when I felt I would not be able to close on the deal, the team offered positive talks to encourage me to proceed. I am so very thankful that I continued in with my purchase. During the design appointment, I clearly added too many upgrades that were out of my budget, but the designer helped me narrow down my options and change a few with suggestions leading me to to the absolute best selections that were reasonable and beautiful in the end. The team has been supportive in fixing minor things that occurred during the building process. I must admit that I could not be any happier with my new, beautiful home! There is absolutely nothing that I would want to change! My home is perfect for me and my children!"
