The New Home Company Names Ashley Feeney Senior Vice President and Charles McKeag Regional Vice President to Support Northern California Expansion

The New Home Company (NEW HOME, NYSE: NWHM) of Aliso Viejo, Calif. today announced the promotion of Ashley Feeney to Senior Vice President and Charles McKeag to Regional Vice President, Land. Feeney has been with NEW HOME since 2009 and brings invaluable land acquisition and planning experience to the new position. As Senior Vice President of Land & Planning based in NEW HOME’s Roseville office, Feeney will contribute to day-to-day operations in the Sacramento region and will continue to be involved in the planning and development of new master-planned communities in the area.

In a related move, McKeag’s promotion to Regional Vice President, Land comes after joining NEW HOME in 2011. He brings extensive experience to his new position and will be responsible for land acquisition for the entire Northern California region. McKeag is based in NEW HOME’s Walnut Creek office.

The announcement of Feeney and McKeag’s new positions follows the announcement of NEW HOME, one of California’s most active homebuilders, becoming a publicly traded company. It launched its initial public offering on January 31, 2014 and is now trading stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “NWHM.”
