The New Home Company Honored for Architectural Excellence with Gold Nugget Grand Awards Covering the Spectrum of Product from Urban Infill to Coastal Luxury at Two California Communities

The New Home Company (NEW HOME; NYSE: NWHM) was honored for architectural excellence at the 2017 Gold Nugget Awards for homes ranging from under 2,000 square feet to over 5,000 square feet at two of its signature California residential developments. The Gold Nugget Awards recognize the best in architectural design and planning excellence, drawing entries from throughout the United States and around the world.

NEW HOME won a total of two top Grand Awards and five Awards of Merit for McKinley Village, an urban community in Sacramento; and for Coral Crest, an enclave of luxury oceanfront residences within Crystal Cove on Southern California’s famed Newport Coast.

McKinley Village is an urban neighborhood in the heart of Sacramento with plans for 336 homes, a recreational clubhouse, five city parks and several community greens and a garden. The community is being co-developed by NEW HOME and Riverview Capital Investments.

The recently sold out Coral Crest is a gated enclave of 27 homes set on one of the highest points of Crystal Cove. Coral Crest’s classic architecture incorporates modern and elegant design elements with homes ranging from 4,962 to 7,318 square feet of living space.
