The New Home Company (NYSE: NWHM) announced today that it has begun construction on 25 acres of land on a site overlooking Thousand Oaks where it will build a gated and intimate enclave of 20 spacious single-family homes.
The community, called Twenty Oaks, is situated atop one of the Conejo Valley’s most desirable locations with views towards local mountains and valleys. Once built, the luxury homes at Twenty Oaks will range from approximately 2,900 square feet to more than 4,000 square feet on homesites averaging 14,000 square feet and offering spectacular views of the Santa Monica Mountains.
