The New Home Co. will begin sales at its NUVO Parkside community in the Inland Empire in the spring. NUVO Parkside is a community of 303 detached homes in four distinct neighborhoods with architecture designed to maximize use of space, technology features, and low-maintenance living demands. The community is taking shape on 20 acres in Ontario, California.
Priced from the $500,000s, detached homes in the Southern California community range between 1,019 and 1,830 square feet with up to four bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths. Homes in the NUVO Parkside community will include Adaptive Mediterranean, Contemporary, and Adaptive Farmhouse architectural styles. Buyers in the community will have access to The New Home Co.’s EVO Smart Home Tech package, allowing them to personalize homes with the latest smart-home solutions.
“When NUVO Parkside debuts this spring, we’re confident that those looking for a new detached home will find nothing in the region that compares in terms of price point and overall quality of life,” says Michael Battaglia, Southern California division president for The New Home Co.
NUVO Parkside will feature a ride-share pickup spot, secure and contactless parcel delivery lockers, a community recreation community with a pool and spa, a fitness facility, a Zoom room, barbecue areas, two parks, and a dog park.
“There is a reason Ontario has become one of the most sought-after cities in the Inland Empire,” says Megan Eltringham, corporate vice president of marketing for The New Home Co. “Everything it does is strategic and forward looking, something we are proud to be a part of as it matches our approach to leading design and staying at the forefront of delivering modern, tech-first communities and homes.”
