(March 6, 2023) – After a successful start to sales for its next two residential collections at Bedford in South Corona, California., New Home Co. today announced the debut of six model homes at Ellis and Monroe in the gated master-planned community. A grand opening celebration will take place on Saturday, March 11.
Ellis is a neighborhood of 78 two-story, detached residences with spacious floorplans ranging from 1,730 to 2,013 square feet with up to three bedrooms, two and one-half baths, two-car garage and private rear yard. Prices begin in the mid $600,000s.
Monroe features 66 two-story detached homes ranging from 1,826 to 2,175 square feet with up to four bedrooms, three baths, two-car garage, driveway and private rear yard. Select plans feature a loft or bonus room and downstairs bedroom. Prices begin in the high $600,000s.
Monterey and Mediterranean architecture inspired the designs for both neighborhoods. The attainable pricing at Ellis and Monroe has been well received by homebuyers. Since the launch of sales in late February, New Home Co. has quickly sold 11 homes at Ellis and Monroe.
Bedford is set in a scenic South Corona location southwest of the Cajalco Road and I-15 interchange. In addition to an array of new residences and recreational amenities, the community includes more than 50 acres of open space, parks and a vast network of trails.
