ROSEVILLE, Calif. (June 22, 2023) – New Home Co. has ambitious plans for the Sacramento region. The Irvine, California-headquartered builder, with Northern California operations based in Roseville, today announced it will add approximately 812 new homes to the area over the next 24 months in the cities of El Dorado Hills, Roseville and Elk Grove.
New Home Co. has had a strong presence in the Sacramento market for the past decade, successfully completing dozens of residential collections and master-planned communities. This weekend, June 24 and 25, New Home Co. will debut model homes at Ridgeview in El Dorado Hills, a limited collection of 44 single-family homes on oversized lots of up to 19,000 square feet. The enclave is set in the western foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains, offering an abundance of natural beauty, open space and panoramic views. Buyers will be able to choose from seven open floorplans with up to 4,633 square feet, up to five bedrooms and four- and one- half baths, and flex options including an office or bonus room. Families will enjoy a collection of community pocket parks within walking distance from their front door. Prices begin in the mid $1 millions.
Next will be the late July opening of Valley Oak in Roseville, offering a total of 121 homes in two neighborhoods of spacious single-family residences within the Campus Oaks master plan. The Parks and The Trails at Valley Oak will feature some of the most popular and stylish New Home Co. plans with more space, indoor/outdoor living and flex options. Designed in single-and two-story floorplans with up to 4,410 square feet and up to six bedrooms and four- and one-half baths, the homes at Valley Oak are close to community parks and retail, with easy access to the Sierra Nevada Mountains and Sacramento. Prices are expected to begin in the high $600,000s for The Parks and in the mid $700,000s for The Trails.
In mid-August, New Home Co. will introduce Long Meadow in Elk Grove, a community of 122 new single-family residences set among established neighborhoods and parks. Homebuyers will have four two-story floorplans to choose from, ranging up to 2,776 sq. ft., with up to four bedrooms, three baths and two-car garages. The homes feature modern designs and the latest in smart-home technology through New Home Co.’s exclusive EVO program which is standard in all its neighborhoods. The open plans include front porches and optional covered outdoor rooms. Lots include generous backyard and side-yard spaces. These new residences will be some of the most affordable in the region, with pricing expected to begin from the mid $600,000s.
Also in Elk Grove, New Home Co. is in the early planning stages for 525 homes in the master-planned community of Arbor Ranch. The single-family homes will range from approximately 1,650 to 3,600 square feet with up to 5 bedrooms, up to five- and one-half baths, two- and three-car garages and single- and two-story floorplans. The first collection of homes is anticipated to be available in late 2024.
