The New Home Company Schedules Earnings Conference Call for the Fiscal 2024 Third Quarter

As one of the first builders in the Panhandle area of Natomas and with construction well underway on Arbor Ranch in Elk Grove, the builder will add seven residential neighborhoods totaling 870 homes with an estimated future revenue of more than $650 million.
ROSEVILLE, Calif. (June 12, 2024) – Continuing its growing lot count and investment in the Sacramento market, <a href="https://www.newhomeco.com/">New Home Co.</a>, the Irvine, California-headquartered builder with Northern California operations based in Roseville, has officially announced two significant land acquisitions that will add seven residential neighborhoods totaling 870 homes to the region in the coming months. The two communities—one in the Natomas Panhandle and the other in Elk Grove—represent estimated future homebuilding revenue of more than $650 million.
Most recently, New Home Co. finalized entitlements and acquired land that makes it one of the first builders in the Panhandle area of Natomas where development has been highly anticipated for years. The company has begun grading the more than 62-acre site with plans to develop 343 homes in Natomas Landing.
Three new neighborhoods will comprise Natomas Landing, all featuring one- and two-story single-family residences ranging from 1,700 to 3,147 square feet with three to five bedrooms. Model homes are expected to debut by summer 2025.
Also in the Sacramento region, New Home Co. is under construction at Arbor Ranch, a master-planned community now taking shape in Elk Grove, with plans for 527 homes in four residential collections. The company acquired the almost 95-acre property in the third quarter of 2023 and finalized entitlements and land plan. In addition to building and selling homes at Arbor Ranch, New Home Co. is responsible for the overall site improvements and infrastructure that serves the masterplan.
The single-family homes will range from approximately 1,650 to 3,600 square feet with up to 5 bedrooms, up to five- and one-half baths, two- and three-car garages and single- and two-story floorplans. With an anticipated economic benefit of more than $1 billion, the Eastvale Square master plan will add homes and crucial new infrastructure in the city’s first-ever downtown district.
IRVINE, Calif. (June 4, 2024) – With property entitlements completed and construction well underway, <a href="https://www.newhomeco.com/">New Home Co.</a> is now transforming 159 acres in the heart of Eastvale, California into the thoughtfully designed  master-planned infill community of <a href="https://www.newhomeco.com/masterplans/eastvale-square">Eastvale Square</a>. The Irvine, California-based homebuilder and land developer anticipates an economic benefit of more than $1 billion through the creation of almost 2,000 homes, in addition to a new city civic center, new police and fire stations, a public library, and hundreds of thousands of square feet of office and lifestyle-focused retail space.
The Eastvale Square residential community will be located next to the first-ever downtown district in Eastvale since incorporating in 2007 and represents the last major residential development opportunity in the city.

New Home Co. will give 1.2 acres to the City of Eastvale for a new fire station and an another 6.2 acres for the city hall, library, police station and public park. New Home Co. will sell the 11.8-acre commercial core in the master plan to the City of Eastvale.
The city will be responsible for the planning and development of the commercial and civic components, which will become integral parts of the new downtown district for Eastvale.
