Milestone Recognition
The Milestone program provides a special way to celebrate team members who reach 1, 3, 5, 10, 15+ years of service with the Company. Each Milestone award includes a special celebratory gift. Starting with the 5th anniversary, the award also includes a bonus and an extra week of vacation.
Team Member of the Quarter
Each quarter, team members nominate colleagues who have demonstrated excellence. Nominations include specific examples of the team member’s important contributions. The Executive leadership selects a quarterly winner to be recognized with a special bonus award, a personalized plaque, and a spotlight in the company wide newsletter.
Subject Matter Experts
Subject Matter Experts, or SMEs, are individuals identified as experts in specific areas of company operations. The Subject Matter Expert platform provides a resource for employees to ask questions, learn processes, and access training content and approved resources.
